About Christina
Christina Sakoulas is a graphic designer and creative professional based in the Capital Region of New York. She brings together visual design, movement, and wellness in a way that reflects both artistic discipline and personal expression
Christina studied Graphic Design at SUNY Oneonta and has worked across a variety of creative and production environments, developing visual assets for signage, events, and marketing projects
Alongside her professional design work, she is also deeply involved in movement practices including yoga, pole, and aerial fitness. Through her wellness platforms she teaches and shares creative ways for people to connect with their bodies and develop strength, flexibility, and confidence
Christina is part of the growing Club Calima community in the Capital Region, where she contributes her creative skills while helping grow a local network of builders, artists, and entrepreneurs
