Community Consulting & Ecosystem Building
We help organizations design, grow, and sustain communities using a startup-driven, product-thinking approach
Our work focuses on helping businesses, startups, nonprofits, and developer-led organizations define their mission, shape their offerings, and build communities around real value—products, services, ideas, and shared goals. We support the creation of events, content, and engagement systems that turn participation into collaboration
With international experience supporting organizations with multiple chapters and distributed members, our team helps communities move from informal networks to well-run ecosystems. This includes designing playbooks, governance models, online forums, and the digital tools needed to keep members connected, informed, and active across regions
Our work draws inspiration from our experience with community-driven models such as Startup Weekend, Google Developer Groups, Google Business Groups, Moishe House, Jewtina, Adelante Student, Techo, Santo Cabron, and more where our team has spend years collaborating
The practice is led by David Silva, an ecosystem builder, organizer, producer, and public speaker who has spent over a decade working at the intersection of startups, technology, and community. David has supported founders and organizers in designing programs, producing events, facilitating partnerships, and creating spaces where people can collaborate, learn, and build together
We help with:
Community and ecosystem strategy
Product-led community design
Events, programs, and content planning
Chapter and ambassador models
Playbooks, onboarding, and governance
Online platforms, forums, and collaboration tools
Partnerships and ecosystem networking
Our goal is to help communities become durable, inclusive, and self-sustaining, while staying aligned with the real needs of their members and stakeholders
